Justin Verlander: Ownership will likely be high here, & understandably so. He's in a great position to be the leader of this slate considering he's facing the Jays who strike out 26% againt RHP & Verlander mows down all hitters at a 34.5% (38% over the last month).
Charlie Morton: Looking to bounce back from one of his few atrocious starts this season when he last faced the Astros. Due to his poor outing last time the hope is people will fade him & gravitate towards the better matchups. However, I think Morton gets back on track today & could provide us some leverage. The lone time he faced CLE this season he went 6 innings, allowing 1 run, & striking out 10 Indians.
Patrick Corbin: The Marlins are rolling out a lineup full of righties today vs. Corbin which is the side he "struggles" against, but they are the Marlins.. lol. The one thing the Marlins have going for them is the projected starters they are rolling out today don't strike out a whole lot vs. lefties (16.1%).
