MLB Takeoff 7/26: Weekend Finale

Quick Update on what is coming next week: As I've said a few times, Thank you for baring with us as we work out any kinks these first few slates. Last night, after working on it for well over 12 hours, my tech/data analyst finally got our breakthrough. We'll be debuting The Boogie Index some time early next week. It's the greatest metric I've ever come across, and I'm not exaggerating one bit. This is something that I'm 99.99% sure no other site has yet to crack and put together. Please, just stay patient a couple more days and you'll be VERY pleased with what you see.

Also, for anyone who is having some difficulty with uploading the projections onto an optimizer, try searching for tutorials that explain how. It's really simple once you get the hang of it Either way, I'll make sure to create my own tutorial for you in the next couple of days. I recommend strongly that not only do you get our projections, but that you find an optimizer that works best for you, no matter what type of player you are. From MME, to 20 max, to single entry, to cash games. An optimizer along with the right set of projections is the fast track to being a successful DFS player.

Over the first week of action, we'll be breaking down the majority of probable arms to help acclimate you into MLB. Once the SPs get a start or two under their belt we'll be able to forget about pitch count limits and focus on the talent, matchup, and outlook.

(More updates to come, I'm finishing up researching but I'm going to push through the Takeoff so you all get a jumpstart)

Primary Arms

C.Carrasco: I'm curious to see if I'm just overzealous with having a DK option below 9K with double figure K upside, or if the rest of the field will flock here as well. On top of the K upside he possesses (28.2%), his matchup (KC) and pitch count are nothing to worry about. As far as his elevated numbers from last season go, a lot of it can be attributed to health and some bad luck from the BABIP gods. Seems like the ideal choice to me, on both sites.
