Chan-Heon Jung (LG)
It's rare when we see a SP option below $7K mixed in between the elites. Jung is facing HAN which as we know by now, means he's automatically viable. The difference with this slate however, that cheap SP facing HAN is actually.. Really Good??
Coming off an absurd 38.8 showing that saw him rack up 11 Ks, Jung appears to have that rare elite upside in the range of his outcomes. We can't judge everything based on one game though. Going back another start, he put up a 6 IP, 3 ER, 6 K stat line vs. these same Eagles. The only dangerous part about this is our limited sample size. He pitched all of 11 innings last season, but even then showed his skill (22.4 K%, 3.00 FIP). Fast forward to his current stat line of 2020 (27.2 K%, 6.5 BB%, 3.88 FIP) and we can obviously see how he can blow his current price tag of $6500 out of the water. He is priced at $28 on FD, so ownership will be in check there.
